What time can I check-in?

Guaranteed check-in time is 14:00 (2pm). You may arrive prior to the usual check-in time of 14:00 (2pm) but your room may not be available to check into. If you have a car, you may use the car park and motel facilities.

If you are arriving after 18:00 (6pm), please phone reception to arrange our after hours check-in facility.

What time is check-out?

Standard check-out time is 10am. Late checkouts are available if requested with management. Extra charges may apply.

If I cancel my reservation will I be charged?

Our standard cancellation policy requires booking cancellations or changes to be advised to us by 2PM (14:00) hotel time, two (2) days prior to arrival. Over peak periods, special events and group bookings alternative cancellation policies may apply. The cancellation policy will be communicated during the booking process and can be supplied in a confirmation email when requested.

Is there an on-site restaurant?

Our on-site restaurant is now open for all guests and the public. Pilot Station Pizza is available for Takeaway, Delivery and Dine-in from 4:30pm 6 day a week (closed Sundays). Bookings are essential. Restaurant is licensed. No BYO.
