Guaranteed check-in time is 14:00 (2pm). If your room is ready prior to 14:00 (2pm) our reception team will message the mobile number provided with the booking to advise early check-in is available.
If you are arriving after 18:00 (6pm), please phone reception to arrange our after hours check-in facility.
Standard check-out time is 10am. Late checkouts are available if requested with management. Extra charges may apply.
Our standard cancellation policy requires booking cancellations or changes to be advised to us by 2PM (14:00) hotel time, two (2) days prior to arrival. Over peak periods, special events and group bookings alternative cancellation policies may apply. The cancellation policy will be communicated during the booking process and can be supplied in a confirmation email when requested.
All our rooms are located on the ground floor with parking either straight in front or within short walking distance.

Yes, additional off-street parking is available for all boats, trucks* and trailers. *size permitting

Our outdoor BBQ facilities are available for all guests. BBQ tools are available from reception during your stay. We ask that all guests clean up after use and use bins provided.
Self-laundry facilities including washing machine, coin-operated dryer and ironing facilities are available for all guests.
Yes, complimentary Wi-Fi is available for all guests. Wi-Fi details including password is provided on check-in.
Unfortunately we are currently not pet-friendly. There are other great pet friendly options in South West Rocks. Please contact our reception team for more details if required.
All our rooms come with basic kitchenette facilities including bar fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle. Our Deluxe rooms also include a sink.
