With restrictions easing in NSW on June 1st 2020 we are excited to announce we are now open to take bookings for all travel purposes including regional and recreational travel.
We have made changes to the way we do business to ensure our guests, staff and local community remain safe during this time. To read about all the changes we are making please click here.
NSW Government Advice & Guidelines

Due to NSW Government advice we will not be accepting bookings from guests travelling or returning from any declared hotpots as advised by NSW Health. Click here to view these areas.
If you are travelling from any of the above locations and have a booking with us please call our reception team on 02 6566 6400 to discuss your options.
As per NSW Government and NSW Health guidelines all guests will need to register through the Service NSW app upon arrival. Our QR Code will be provided on check-in for main guests and on our welcome letter for additional guests. We ask in preparation for your arrival that the Service NSW App is downloaded.

Our flexible booking options are in place to ensure guests are able to cancel their booking if they become unwell.
48 hour cancellation policies are in place for all bookings made direct with us either over the phone on our website. Bookings made through Online Travel Agents such as Booking.com and Expedia, full terms and conditions apply with 7 day cancellation policies remaining in place.
Terms and conditions may differ during peak periods. Please refer to your reservation confirmation for more information.
Cancellation due to COVID-19: Withstanding rights under consumer law, guests will have the option to select a new date for their existing booking or accept a credit should any of the below criteria impact their planned stay:
• You or an immediate family member becomes sick with COVID–19
• You are forced into self-isolation
• You are awaiting the results of a COVID–19 test or
• A State Government or Commonwealth Government directive is issued and means you are no longer able to travel to or from your destination.
To request either a change to booking dates or to receive a credit for a future booking in relation to the COVID-19 Cancellation Policy you will need to contact our reception directly.
Onsite Facilities & Services

All of our on-site facilities have re-opened for all our guests. We ask that social distancing measures are practised at all times.
Fish Rock Dive Centre is now open and ready to take dive bookings. Please check their website for more details.
