We’re making changes to the way we do business during COVID-19 to ensure our guests, staff and community remain safe.
As a family owned and operated business, the health and safety of our guests, staff, community and most importantly our family is our highest priority. We have made changes to the way we operate to keep everyone safe during COVID-19.
All our staff have been provided with additional COVID-19 training and online courses in preparation for increased accommodation demands.
Our high level of cleanliness remains in place along with extra measures we are taking to ensure guest safety. These include the following:
- During this Housekeeping Services will be completed upon guest request. Information on how to request for a daily Housekeeping Service will be provided upon check-in. Guest are also able to contact reception for additional items where needed during their stay. For stays 5 or more nights, one (1) Full Service will be provided where your linen will be changed.
- Increased cleaning of our communal areas and guest facilities throughout the day by trained staff. This will include high touch areas at reception.
- All room keys will be disinfected after each guest
Guest & Staff Safety
On 26th June 2021, new restrictions were announced by the NSW Government under health advice from NSW Health.
Masks are now mandatory for all individuals for all non-residential indoor settings. This will include our reception area and for our on-site restaurant Pilot Station Pizza.
Guests will be required to sign in via the Service NSW app upon arrival. Additional guests and visitors will also have to sign in as per NSW Government and NSW Health guidelines if any future contact tracing is required. Where a guest is unable to sign in with their device, our reception team will complete a manual sign in through the Service NSW business portal.
Self check-in facilities are available for guests who wish to limit face to face contact. If you wish to utilize this service please contact our reception team prior to your arrival to arrange.
Hand sanitizer stations are available to all guests throughout the motel and on-site facilities.
Extensive signage will be placed around the motel grounds to ensure Australian Government and NSW Government guidelines are followed. This includes social distancing practices and signs and symptoms of COVID-19.
Contact-less payment is required for all bookings via credit card either prior to arrival or on check-in.
We are encouraging all guests and staff to download the COVIDSafe app.
Booking Terms and Conditions
Our flexible booking options will apply until further notice. We ask that all guests choose to make their booking direct with us either through our website, over the phone or via email. This is to ensure you are looked after with flexible cancellation policies and for the ease of refunds and credits where applicable.
For all direct bookings a credit card will be required to guarantee all bookings and payment taken on your arrival.
All guests staying on-site at the Costa Rica Motel are required to be listed on the booking with contact details including name and phone number. This is to assist NSW Health with contact tracing if it is required at any stage.
