We’re making changes to the way we do business during COVID-19 to ensure our guests, staff and community remain safe.
As a family owned and operated business, the health and safety of our guests, staff, community and most importantly our family is our highest priority. We have made changes to the way we operate to keep everyone safe during COVID-19.
Information for your stay
Check-In
Self check-in facilities are available for guests who wish to limit face to face contact. If you wish to utilize this service please contact our reception team prior to your arrival to arrange.
On arrival we ask that all guests entering the reception area wear masks and continue to practice social distancing measures in line with NSW Government guidelines.
All guests staying on-site will be required to register at reception during check-in. This will include name and contact number. Sign in via the Service NSW QR Code is not compulsory but is available to all guests if they choose to use it.
Contact-less payment is preferred for all bookings either by credit card or direct deposit prior to arrival. Please contact our team to discuss your payment options.
Housekeeping
Our high level of cleanliness remains in place along with extra measures we are taking to ensure guest safety.
Housekeeping Services will be completed upon guest request only by placing the ‘Please make up my room’ sign on the door. To ensure social distancing, staff will not be permitted to enter when the room is still occupied.
Due to staff shortages daily housekeeping may be unavailable at times. Additional items will be delivered by our team when required.
Additional COVID-19 Safety Measures
Hand sanitizer stations are available to all guests throughout the motel and on-site facilities.
Increased cleaning of our communal areas and guest facilities will occur throughout the day by trained staff. This will include high touch areas at reception and our recreational facilities.
Extensive signage will be placed around the motel grounds to ensure Australian Government and NSW Government guidelines are followed. This includes social distancing practices and signs and symptoms of COVID-19.
Testing positive to COVID-19 during your stay
Any guest who tests positive while on-site are required to follow the below steps:
- Contact our management team to advise of your positive COVID-19 test result. Our team will provide you a guide for self-isolation and support services for our area.

- Guests must remain inside their own room and must avoid common areas, such as a pool, laundry facilities or shared outdoor area.
