It is important that as a business we put clear measures in place and make the health and safety of our team members and motel guests the highest priority.
We take pride in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, and in response to the current climate, we have taken additional measures to ensure we keep the motel virus free.
During this time, we are committed to offering you flexible booking options. Given the current circumstances, if you need to adjust any upcoming travel, we advise you to get in touch with us directly for assistance.
If you have made a booking prior to 17th March 2020 for arrival dates before April 30, 2020 and were advised a deposit would be taken for your reservation, we wish to advise this will no longer occur. All bookings are now payable on arrival. A valid credit card will still be required to secure all bookings.
All reservations that are scheduled for arrival before April 30, 2020, can be changed or cancelled at no charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled arrival.
If your deposit has already been taken due to arriving with us in the next 7 days, full refunds will apply if you are required to cancel your booking.
